Care services are governed by a separate agreement

EagleWings provides home care services under a written Client Service Agreement that is executed at intake. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to enter into that agreement, and nothing here modifies its terms.

No employment offer

Open positions described on the careers page are subject to interview, background check, credential verification, and a written offer letter. Submission of an application does not constitute an offer of employment.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site — text, photography, illustrations, logos, and the "Silk & Sunlight" design system — is the property of EagleWings Home Care or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction or republication without written permission is prohibited.

Third-party forms and services

Our consultation form and caregiver application are hosted by Jotform, a third-party service provider. Submission of those forms is also subject to Jotform's terms and privacy policy.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EagleWings disclaims all implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EagleWings is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our liability for direct damages relating to the Site is limited to the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us, if any, in the past twelve months for use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Baltimore County, Maryland.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
