Garden Engagement

The healing power of nature is central to our philosophy. Our caregivers facilitate gentle outdoor strolls and mindful garden interaction in the private gardens of Baltimore's most beautiful homes.

Bright air, familiar paths, conversation that wanders. Care, in the slowest sense of the word.

  1. 01

    Named-Caregiver Model

    The same face, every visit

Your loved one builds trust with one caregiver — not a rotating roster. Familiarity is medicine in itself.

  2. 02

    RN Clinical Oversight

    A nurse reviews every plan

Our Director of Nursing personally signs off on each care plan and adjusts as conditions evolve.

  3. 03

    2-Hour Backup Guarantee

You are never left without care

When a caregiver cannot make a shift, our backup bench activates within minutes. Coverage is confirmed before the shift starts.

  4. 04

    Family Always Informed

    Visit notes after every shift

A clean, branded summary of each visit lands in your inbox before the day is out. No more wondering what happened.

  5. 05

    Concierge Coordinator

One person who knows your story.

No call center. The same coordinator handles scheduling, substitutions, and the small Tuesday-afternoon questions.

  6. 06

    Private Pay Only

    No bureaucracy. No delays.

Care starts when you need it on your schedule — not an insurance company's timeline.

Transparent rates. No hidden math.

Private pay only — billed by the hour, the day, or the night. Weekend and holiday premiums apply; minimum visit is four hours.

The questions families bring to the first call.

Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid?

We are private-pay only. This lets us start care within days, assign a named caregiver, and skip the bureaucracy that Medicare and Medicaid programs require. Families who need insurance-funded care are best served by a different agency, and we're glad to make a referral.

How quickly can care begin?

Most families begin care within 48 to 72 hours of their first call. After a free in-home consultation with one of our RNs, we match a caregiver and confirm the start date with you.

What is the minimum number of hours per visit?

Four hours is our minimum visit length. Most families schedule between 4 and 12 hours per day, several days per week. Live-in and overnight options are also available.

What happens if my caregiver calls out?

Our 2-hour backup guarantee activates automatically. A qualified backup caregiver — already familiar with your family through our matching system — is offered the shift, and we confirm coverage with you well before the start time.

Are caregivers W-2 employees?

Yes. Every caregiver is a W-2 employee, fully insured, background-checked, and screened by our Director of Nursing. In Maryland, personal care aides must be W-2 — agencies using 1099 contractors are transferring legal liability to you.

Where do you serve?

We focus on Baltimore — Roland Park, Guilford, Homeland, Ruxton, Lutherville, Towson, Owings Mills, and Pikesville. If you are outside this area, call us anyway — we may still be able to help.
