An EagleWings live-in caregiver in lavender scrubs prepares fresh fruit and morning pastries in a bright marble kitchen while a senior client reads the newspaper at the counter — the quiet, daily rhythm of in-home concierge care in a Roland Park home.
Morning Kitchen — live-in care, set in the rooms where life actually happens.

The line items behind the line item.

  • RN-led care plan. A Registered Nurse writes and reviews every plan. No exceptions, no extra charge.
  • Named caregiver. Same person, every visit. Substitutions happen only from your pre-approved backup pool.
  • Visit notes after every shift. A clean summary of the visit lands in your inbox before the day is out.
  • Rapid backup coverage. If a caregiver cannot make a shift, a qualified backup is dispatched as quickly as possible — included.
  • Concierge coordinator. One person who knows your story, your schedule, and your preferences. No call center.
  • Insurance & background checks. All caregivers are W-2 employees, background-checked, drug-screened, and covered by GL, PL, and Workers' Comp.
  • Physician coordination. Our RN communicates directly with the primary care physician and treating specialists. You do not have to be the middleman between your loved one's home care team and their doctors.

Every client receives a comprehensive RN assessment.

Before care begins a Registered Nurse visits your loved one's home. In 13 clinical areas the RN documents care needs, establishes goals, and creates a personalized care plan delivered to your family in writing. This is not optional — it is our commitment to safe, informed, personalized care. The RN returns every 60 days to review and update the plan.

  • 13-section clinical assessment. Covers vital signs, functional status, cognitive health, fall risk, nutrition, psychosocial wellbeing, and home safety.
  • Personalized care plan. Written care plan delivered to the family by email and physical mail within 5 business days of the assessment.
  • 60-day review cycle. The RN returns every 60 days — members and non-members alike. Your loved one's needs change. The care plan changes with them.

Every caregiver can administer medications.

All CNAs at EagleWings are Certified Medication Technicians — trained and sponsored by the agency. Under our RSA Level 3 license and RN supervision, they can administer medications. This is rare in home care and means your loved one receives consistent, capable care at every visit.

Aging in place with a pet you love.

For many seniors, their pet is their closest daily companion — a source of joy, routine, and unconditional love. EagleWings provides structured pet support as part of your loved one's personalized care plan, so they never have to choose between their independence and the animal that makes their house a home.

  1. Documented in the care plan

Pet support tasks are written into your loved one's care plan and reviewed by your RN.

  2. Integrated into every visit

Pet care tasks are woven into the natural flow of each visit — feeding, walking, tidying.

  3. Safe by design

Caregivers are trained on pet safety and fall hazard reduction. Veterinary care is always referred to professionals.
