- 2-hour backup guarantee. If a caregiver cannot make a shift, a qualified backup is confirmed within two hours — included.
- Concierge coordinator. One person who knows your story, your schedule, and your preferences. No call center.
- Insurance & background checks. All caregivers are W-2 employees, background-checked, drug-screened, and covered by GL, PL, and Workers' Comp.
