Membership billing begins on the date your first shift is confirmed. You will never be billed before care begins.
The RN assessment is conducted for every EagleWings client — member or not. It is not a membership benefit. It is our standard of care. Membership adds the 60-day review cycle on top of that.
Yes. Membership requires 30 days written notice to cancel. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees.
Your coordinator activates backup coverage as quickly as possible. Members receive priority in our caregiver matching process.
No. EagleWings provides hourly care without membership. Membership adds the coordination layer — the wellness calls, monthly schedules, RN reviews, and everything else above.
They are two separate things. The annual activity package is a 12-month personalized overview created once at onboarding. The monthly schedule is a detailed week-by-week plan generated fresh every month by your coordinator and approved by your RN.
