EagleWings Home Care ("EagleWings", "we", "us", "our") is a Maryland-licensed home care agency operating from 10451 Mill Run Circle, Suite 400, Owings Mills, MD 21117. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website eaglewingshomecare.com and through our intake processes.
Information we collect
- Information you give us — your name, email, phone, address, family contact, and the care details you submit through our consultation form, caregiver application, or by phone.
- Health information — once you become a client, we collect health information necessary to provide care. This is governed by HIPAA and our separate Notice of Privacy Practices.
- Website analytics — basic page-view information through cookieless analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
- Server logs — IP addresses, browser type, and request timing, kept for security and reliability for up to 90 days.
How we use information
- To respond to your consultation request or application.
- To provide care and coordinate with your family.
- To send service-related communications (visit notes, appointment reminders, monthly summaries).
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and licensing requirements.
Health information (HIPAA)
Once you are a client, your protected health information is handled in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and our Notice of Privacy Practices, which we provide separately at intake. We do not sell health information. We share it only as necessary for care, payment, operations, or as required by law.
How we share information
We share personal information only with: (a) the caregivers and clinical staff providing your care; (b) operational service providers under contract (e.g., scheduling, secure messaging, payment processing) bound by confidentiality; and (c) authorities when required by law. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Cookies
Our website uses minimal first-party cookies for session and accessibility purposes only. We do not run third-party advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.
Data security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards reasonable for a healthcare provider of our size: encrypted transport (TLS) on the website, encrypted storage for sensitive data, access controls, and routine security reviews.
Your choices
- You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing care@eaglewingshomecare.com.
- You can opt out of non-essential email at any time. Service-related communications (visit notes, billing) cannot be opted out of while you are an active client.
- If you are a Maryland resident, you may have additional rights under state law.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
