This Privacy Policy describes how EagleWings Allied Health Staffing Agency LLC, EagleWings Home Care LLC, and EagleWings Educational Service LLC (collectively, "EagleWings," "we," "us," or "our") collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use the EagleWings Hub website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). The aides, caregivers, employees, and contractors who use our platform are referred to as the "EagleWings Workforce."

The three Companies jointly operate the EagleWings Hub platform and act as joint controllers of personal information collected through it. Each workforce member is hired by only one of the three Companies, based on their business line. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in our Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Identity and contact information — your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and emergency contacts.
• Professional credentials — licenses, certifications, education history, and work experience.
• Compliance records — background checks, drug screens, immunization records, work-authorization documents, and tax forms.
• Payment and pay information — banking details for direct deposit, tax withholding elections, and pay-related records.
• Account credentials — username, password, and security questions used to access the Services.
• Communications — messages, feedback, and support requests you send through the Services.

Information Collected Automatically

• Device and usage data — browser type, operating system, IP address, pages visited, and interaction patterns.
• Location data — approximate location used for clock-in and clock-out verification, collected only with your device's permission.
• Cookies — small data files used for authentication, session management, security, and analytics.

Information from Third Parties

• Client facilities where you are placed.
• Background-check and credentialing vendors.
• Payroll and time-tracking providers.
• Public licensing databases and exclusion lists.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Manage your account and match you to appropriate assignments or shifts.
• Conduct background checks, credentialing, and license verification.
• Process payroll, benefits, and tax reporting.
• Communicate with you about assignments, schedules, and service updates.
• Provide customer and workforce support.
• Improve, secure, and maintain the Services.
• Prevent fraud and unauthorized access.
• Comply with legal, regulatory, and licensing requirements, including HIPAA, FERPA, and applicable state licensing rules.
• Enforce our legal rights and the Terms of Service.

3. Legal Bases for Processing

We process personal information based on one or more of the following legal bases:

• Contract performance — processing necessary to fulfill our obligations under your employment, contractor, or service agreement.
• Consent — where you have given consent for optional communications or the processing of certain sensitive data.
• Legitimate interests — processing necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as improving the Services, preventing fraud, and ensuring security.
• Legal obligations — processing required to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

4. How We Share Information

Your information is available to whichever of the three EagleWings Companies manages your application or assignment. We may also share your information with:

• Clients — facilities and families where you are placed, as needed to coordinate your assignment.
• Service providers — hosting, database management, secure messaging, payroll, time tracking, background checks, license verification, and software maintenance providers, each bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Government agencies — when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• Legal proceedings — parties involved in legal process, or as necessary to protect the safety of individuals.
• Business transfers — buyers, investors, or partners in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality protections.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. HIPAA and FERPA

Clients are typically the HIPAA-covered entity, and school districts are responsible for FERPA-protected student records. EagleWings does not collect protected health information (PHI) or student education records through the Services. If you believe any such data has been uploaded by mistake, please contact us immediately at support@eaglewingsalliedstaffing.com.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information while your account is active. After your last assignment or account closure, we retain information as required by:

• Tax, payroll, and employment-records laws (typically 4–7 years after your last assignment).
• Background-check, healthcare, and education regulations.
• The need to resolve disputes or enforce agreements.

You may request deletion of data that is not subject to a legal retention obligation.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies to support authentication, sessions, security, and analytics. Cookies are not used for third-party behavioral advertising. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Services.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and access logging. You are responsible for protecting your password and reporting any suspected compromise to us immediately.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Delete your personal information, subject to applicable retention obligations.
• Restrict or object to certain processing of your information.
• Data portability — receive your information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent to optional processing at any time.
• Opt out of SMS marketing by replying STOP to any marketing message. Transactional messages required for service delivery are not affected.

We will not deny services or change pricing because you exercise these rights. To exercise any of these rights, email support@eaglewingsalliedstaffing.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally 30–45 days). We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

10. International Users and Data Transfers

The Services are designed for users in the United States. Some of our service providers, including software partners, may access data from outside the United States under appropriate contractual safeguards.

11. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us at support@eaglewingsalliedstaffing.com and we will promptly delete it.

12. Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties and encourage you to review their policies before providing any personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email.
