For Caregivers
EagleWings hires slowly and pays well. Premium uniforms, named-caregiver clients, RN clinical oversight, and a real backup bench so your time off doesn't become someone else's emergency.
Open Roles
$18 – $22 / hour
Six months of paid caregiving experience or one year of family caregiving. Reliable transportation. CPR certification required at hire — we cover the cost.
$20 – $26 / hour
Active Maryland CNA or HHA certification. One year of paid in-home or facility experience. CPR + First Aid current.
$32 – $38 / hour
Active Maryland LPN license. Two years of clinical experience, home health preferred. Comfortable with skilled tasks: wound care, medication administration, catheter management.
$45 – $55 / hour
Active Maryland RN license. Three years of clinical experience. Home health, geriatrics, or hospice background preferred. Comfortable conducting in-home assessments and writing care plans.
