Who we hire
With Certified Medication Technician training
$20 – $26 / hour
Our CNAs hold active Maryland Board of Nursing certification and complete CMT training sponsored by EagleWings. This qualifies them to administer medications under RN supervision — a capability most home care agencies do not offer.
CMT Sponsored by EagleWings$32 – $38 / hour
Our LPNs hold active Maryland LPN licenses and provide skilled nursing care including medication administration, wound care, and health monitoring.
$45 – $55 / hour
Our RNs conduct clinical assessments, develop care plans, supervise all aides, and return every 60 days to review each client's care. RSA Level 3 requires RN oversight for all aide services.
